Company Profile: We have a vacancy as Sr.Manager-Corporate Finance & Accounts based at Worli, Mumbai for our clients who are a highly successful, fast growing, professionally managed FinTech organisation. The organisation is very well funded by some of the World's most prestigious PE firms, has over 10 branches in Inida, book size of over Rs.600 crores andheadcount of over 600#. The position reports to the Director-Finance. The organisation is a non-deposit taking FinTech organisation registered with RBI. They are engaged in a highly profitable niche segment of  lending business targeting small and medium sized retailers who find it difficult to get financed by traditional financial institutions. The loan offering is quite unique in terms of its parameters such as monetisation of future cash flows from payment cards swiped on Point-of-Sale terminal, flexibility in repayment, and partnership spirit.
 
It is a one-of-the-kind offering and has created a separate industry in the country. They have developed a specialised technology platform to cater to our special product. They also have CIBIL membership and access to consumer as well as commercial credit data. The company is driven by innovation, technology and entrepreneurial spirit in each sphere. 
 
The company has developed a business framework which not only encompasses traditional lending segments but also has a strong customer relationship program. The development of this framework has led to engagement programs which have been customised for merchants and hence have a relation which would be independent of the loan. This is a unique feature in the product bouquet and leads to opportunities in having a very strong fee based presence in the financials.
 
The company operates out of its head office in Mumbai.

Job Description: The position holder will be part of the Corporate Finance team and report to the Director-Finance. The position has responsibility for facilitating preparation and tracking of business plans and fund raising activities including lender documents, financial documents, information memorandums, MIS etc.
 

KRAs

 

  • Monitoring Interest Income accounting on daily basis
  • Finalising Loan book of Company on monthly basis
  • Presenting  MIS on Interest and other revenue components
  • Implementing API process between Tally & Business ERP
  • Managing Loan disbursal process end to end.
  • Co-ordinating with various stakeholders (Sales Team, Legal Team & Credit Team) to ensure timely completion of Loan disbursal process.
  • Interacting with Portfolio team and respond to their requirement in defined TAT
  • Superviseing and ensuring daily Collection accounting being done by Finance executive in Tally ERP 9.
  • Supervising and ensuring daily reconciliation Collection booked in Business ERP & Accounting software (Tally 9)
  • Supervising and ensuring daily completion of book keeping aspects related to Income accounting.
  • Process improvement
  • Controllership function
  • Regulatory Compliances

 

Candidate Profile: CAs from pedigree colleges (1st class throughout with 8-15 years of relevant experience in FinTech or BFSI/NBFCs or Telecom or Technology verticals. Must be currently working independently and capable of working under time deadlines. Must have:
