Company Profile: Our client is a recently launched service organisation (part of a Global MNC group who are one of the world's largest & most prestigious organizations). The organisation delivers substantial customer benefits on the back on a high-end technology developed / introduced in the organisation and a strong social media campaign. The incumbent plays a key role in developing & implementing HR systems & SOPs and in building and engaging an organisation of over 300# employees at the national level in the next 6-12 months. The position is based in Mumbai and will report to the M.D. Our clients offer excellent salary and career growth opportunities.

Head-HR:

 

Responsible for providing input to and ensuring implementation of the divisional human resource strategy to attract, manage, develop and retain employees to achieve its current and future business objectives. The incumbent will also provide applicable spectrum of HR services and will be responsible for creating culture of performance to build a high performing organization.

KRAs: would be expected to:

  • Develop the division’s HR strategy with a focused implementation
  • Initiate business goal setting & translating business objectives to functional KRA
  • Coach business leaders and HR team members to deliver productive and cost-effective wage settlements
  • Work with various CXOs to ensure right training, staffing and compensation support is provided
  • Act as a catalyst for sustained business performance by ensuring that HR strategies and plans are translated into concrete actions and tangible results
  • Formulate & implement Annual HR Budget, Annual L&D plan, Annual work force
  • Design integrated talent management framework for structured talent assessment, talent acquisition, on boarding, role clarity, value proposition, performance management, talent gap analysis, talent development, engagement, recognition, succession & talent retention
  • Implement leadership development framework developed programs for workforce skill enhancement & facilitate grooming of line mangers and functional heads to take on larger role in future
  • Conduct periodical employee survey, grievances handling, counselling procedure and evidenced follow-up
  • Ensure that up-to-date methods of staff selection using competencies and behavioural based techniques, occupational testing and psychometric tests are used to ensure effective selection.

 

Candidate Profile: MBAs (Full-time 2-years) aged 35-45 with 12-16 years relevant experience in HR. Must be currently Head-HR of an organisation or a SBU / Division of a large organisation having headcount over 200+. Must have had personal experience in scaling up a start-up / new-organastion from zero-base to headcount of over 500. Must have handled all aspects of HR (including recruitment, ER, personnel, admin of blue collar works). Must have handled HR for a pan-India organisation having sales and operations in multiple locations all over India. Must have led a team of HR professionals. Proven ability to identify & analyze trends from both business and HR management information. Excellent change management and project management skills.
